Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced freelance training content developer with a proven track record in preparing CPD-accredited training material in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive course content, participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and supporting documentation to meet CPD certification standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed training content for CPD-accredited Procurement and Supply Chain courses (entry-level to advanced).
- Create participant materials including slides, handouts, case studies, quizzes, and activities.
- Prepare facilitator guides aligned with learning objectives and adult learning principles.
- Ensure all content is original, instructional, and compliant with CPD certification guidelines.
- Submit drafts for review and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team for quality assurance and CPD submission.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing or delivering Procurement and Supply Chain training courses.
- Must have developed content for courses already CPD verified/certified (evidence required).
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, sourcing, contract management, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent instructional writing and curriculum development skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPD-registered trainer or curriculum designer.
- Familiarity with international standards (e.g., CIPS, APICS, ISO).
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or digital course formats.
