We collect information that you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use our platform.

Account data: When you register for an account, we collect your full name, email address, and a password. Administrators may also assign you a role (user or admin) and invite you to the platform.

Profile and contact data: When you enroll in a course, subscribe to the AI Tutor, or register a team, we collect details you provide on the registration form, including your company name, position, phone number (with country code), and — for team registrations — the names, emails, and phone numbers of your team members.

Payment data: We record the payment method you select (bank transfer, cash at a training center, or card), the amount paid, and the registration or subscription it relates to. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; card payments are processed by our payment provider.

Course-progress data: We track your enrollment status, the modules and lessons you complete, quiz and assessment results, assignments you submit, certificates and digital badges you earn, and your learning streak and activity history.

AI Tutor data: When you ask questions to the AI Procurement Tutor, we process the text of your questions and the responses generated to provide the service and improve answer quality. We also track the number of tutor questions you ask each month for subscription billing purposes.

Analytics data: We use analytics tools (including Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors interact with the website. This includes page views, session duration, referral source, device type, and approximate geographic region. We do not use this data to identify individual persons.

Job board data: When you subscribe to job alerts, we store your email address and your preferred job categories and cities. When you apply for a job, the hiring company handles your application according to its own privacy practices.

To create and manage your account and provide access to courses, the AI Tutor, and other platform features.

To process your course registrations, team enrollments, and AI Tutor subscriptions, including confirming payments and activating access.

To track your learning progress, issue certificates and digital badges, and display your achievements on your dashboard and the public leaderboard (using your display name only).

To send you transactional emails (such as enrollment confirmations and session reminders) and, where you have opted in, promotional emails about new courses, sessions, and job openings.

To operate, maintain, and improve the platform, including troubleshooting, analytics, and security monitoring.

To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described in this policy or as required by law.

Service providers: We use trusted third-party services (such as our hosting platform, email delivery, and analytics providers) that process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing agreements.

Instructors and training partners: Your enrollment and attendance information may be shared with the instructor or training venue conducting a classroom session you registered for.

Hiring companies: When you apply for a job listed on our job board, your application is sent to the hiring company, which processes it under its own privacy policy.

Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ProcmentSkills, our users, or others.

We retain your account and learning-progress data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Certificates and digital badges are retained indefinitely so they can be publicly verified via the certificate verification page.

Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's retention settings, which typically range from 14 to 26 months.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can update your profile details from your account page or contact us using the details below.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails (such as enrollment confirmations) will continue to be sent as needed to provide the service.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting info@procmentskills.com.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and measure how the website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect some features of the platform.

Our platform is intended for professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

ProcmentSkills operates in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and uses cloud infrastructure that may process data in other countries. By using the platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to such countries for the purposes described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.
