ProcmentSkills account and personal data deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your ProcmentSkills account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the ProcmentSkills Android app and to procmentskills.com. You can delete your account from any web browser, without installing the app.
Steps to delete your account
- 1Go to procmentskills.com in any web browser, or open the ProcmentSkills Android app.
- 2Sign in with the email address and password of the account you want deleted.
- 3Open My Account from the menu.
- 4Scroll to the Delete Account section and select Delete My Account.
- 5Confirm when prompted. Your account and its associated personal data are then deleted.
Data we delete
- Your account profile and login details (name, email address, password).
- Course enrollments, CIPS Study Hub enrollments, and subscriptions.
- Learning progress: completed lessons, quiz and assessment results, and exam or practice attempts.
- Your notes, saved courses, course reviews, and discussion posts.
- Event registrations, newsletter subscriptions, and marketing contact records.
- Team and referral records linked to your email address.
Data we keep
- Issued certificates stay available on our public certificate verification page so employers can confirm a qualification. They are retained indefinitely and are no longer linked to an active account once deletion is complete.
- Anonymous analytics data (page views, device type, approximate region), kept only in aggregate. Our analytics provider retains this for 14 to 26 months.
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and accounting records for completed registrations.
If you cannot sign in
If you can no longer access your account, email us from the address you registered with and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete the account and its personal data.
