• Upon successful payment via our secure payment processors (Stripe or Wise), access to digital services or confirmation of consulting bookings will be delivered to you via email or through your account dashboard within 24 hours.

• All prices listed on the website are quoted in the applicable currency (such as GBP or USD) and are processed securely through Stripe and Wise.
• We reserve the right to change prices for our services at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for.

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund guidelines are as follows:

• Digital Products & Downloads: Due to the immediate access nature of digital resources and guides, all sales of downloadable digital content are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless required by applicable UK consumer law.
• Consulting & Coaching Services: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consulting session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refunded.
• Training Courses: If you are unsatisfied with a structured training course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course material.
